Negotiable DOE (Plus Optional Piece Work)

Experience: Required (Must Have / Be Able To:)

  • Valid CO Driver's License (No DUI)

  • Lift Minimum 35 lbs.

  • Read Blueprints

  • Perform Takeoff

  • Layout / Install DWV Systems Utilizing PVC and Cast Iron

  • Install Water Systems Utilizing Copper and Pex

  • Install Underground, Above Ground

  • Install Water Systems Utilizing Copper and Pex

  • Install Underground, Above Ground (Rough-In), In-Wall / Fixtures (Trim)

  • Identify / Locate / Repair Leaks on Existing and New Systems

  • Observe Pertinent Health and Safety Regulations

  • Possess the ability to operate independently with little to no supervision and supervise apprentice plumbers assigned to the project. Complete all other tasks as assigned by both administrative and field management.

  • Knowledge of Local Plumbing Codes

Preferred:

  • Medical Gas Systems ASSE 6010

  • Knowledge of Boiler Systems
